He, also, developed self-serving tools for the users which greatly reduced the need to call for production support, and in turn created bandwidth for everyone on the team. He helped us develop web services, and readily shared his expertise with other members on the team. He designs user interfaces that are very intuitive, powerful, and clean. He practices modularization, code reuse, and use of proven frame works. He demands the same from others. Jeff is a key member of the team, and assists me in architect solutions and in building project plans
